The module field trial manager offers the possibility to plan a test block on the PC and to transmit the exact location of the plots to a Trimble parallel guidance system. At the same time, the lanes that are used for sowing, spraying or other operations are also transmitted.
The prerequisite for creating parcel attempts is that an outline file with Parcel Experiment → Load Outline is loaded into an existing project. After loading the outline file, a parcel attempt can be created via the menu Parcel experiment → Create new experiment. The test block is placed in the middle of the map view and can then be moved, rotated and aligned with the edges of the outline file. When the attempt is placed, the screen contents can be printed with File → Print.
It is also possible to export to the hard disk or to a USB stick. When exporting, the data is assigned to a customer, a company and a field.
