- The desired raster file is selected in the drop-down raster.
- The desired plot plan is selected in the dropdown polygon layer
- With buffer (m) each parcel can be buffered inwards or outwards by this distance and only the area within the buffer is evaluated. The value is in meters.
- The desired algorithm for calculating the start of flowering is selected in the drop-down algorithm
- For location ID, the known ID for the location must be selected (only necessary for some algorithms, otherwise grayed out)
- For temperature total, the temperature total must be entered until the recording date (only necessary for some algorithms, otherwise grayed out)
- The recording date must be entered for the recording date (only necessary for some algorithms, otherwise grayed out)
- The known BA value must be entered for the BA value (only necessary for some algorithms, otherwise grayed out)
- With the five dropdowns, channel 1 to channel 5, the channels for the algorithm (channel 1 to channel 5) must be assigned to the respective channels of the raster file (C1 to …). The default is a one-to-one assignment, but can be adjusted if necessary.
- In the case of filters, it is possible to filter values with a check mark, to filter out extreme values in the results. For this purpose, the lower and upper threshold for the values can be set for minimum value and maximum value. All extreme values outside this range are not used.
- With masking it is possible to choose a masking level, here you have to switch from None to Include (only within polygons) or Exclude (only outside polygons) and then select a layer in the dropdown polygon layer that can be used for masking.
If a level is selected here, only the areas that are inside the polygon or outside the polygon of this masking layer are processed at all, everything outside or inside is not processed.
With OK, a test statistic with standard parameters for the plot plan is calculated (link: test statistic) and then the start of flowering using the selected algorithm. In addition, the values of the test statistics and the start of flowering are assigned to the plot plan in the database. The attribute for the beginning of flowering is composed as follows: If the algorithm required a recording date: recording date as day of the year FS – name of the algorithm and if no recording date was required: FL – name of the algorithm[/text-with-icon][/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ column_shadow=”none” width=”1/2″ tablet_text_alignment=”default” phone_text_alignment=”default” column_border_width=”none” column_border_style=”solid”][image_with_animation image_url=”6794″ alignment=”center” animation=”Fade In” img_link_large=”yes” box_shadow=”none” max_width=”100%”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
