Additional path widths can be added with the + symbol. Again, you can specify from which path the path width is to be used and up to which path it is used.
The pattern created in this way is repeated if the number of routes is greater than the defined routes.
For example, if you specify a route pattern
From way 1 to way 3: 1 m
From way 4 to way 4: 5 m
then routes 1, 2 and 3 will each be one meter wide, route 4 will be 5 meters wide, routes 5, 6 and 7 will again be created with a meter width, route 8 will be 5 meters wide, etc.
Attention: The route pattern must begin with route 1 and may contain any number of routes. However, all paths must be completely defined.
When creating a route width pattern, you can define the route in front of the first plot by ticking User-defined first route and specifying the desired route width.
If the path pattern corresponds to your wishes, you can save and use the pattern by clicking on Save.

In addition to ways, you can now also create bases. Bases are e.g. Access routes in the direction of sowing. Here, too, you can either create all bases with the same base width, or use a pattern.
In the advanced mode it is also possible to define the parcel width and parcel length using patterns. As a result, all parcels of an experiment block no longer have to have the same dimensions, but can have both different widths and different parcel lengths.
With import experiment data you can copy test plans created in Microsoft Excel and paste them into the clipboard. To do this, create your trial plots in Microsoft Excel. A cell in Excel corresponds to a experimental parcel. Now mark the desired parcels and copy them to the clipboard.
Now select the Clipboard item in the dropdown menu and click on Import.
Entries made in Excel are inserted as a new attribute in the database window.
After pasting from Excel, you need to adjust the width and height of the parcels.
